A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; Eight Sages Wellness may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. Cancellation and Refund Policies

​

Services may only be refunded if the service has not yet been performed, and the cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled service. We offer no guarantees as to what success will look or feel like for you upon receiving our services.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $15.

​

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
